The Lead Teacher will be responsible plans, implements, and oversees the educational program in a childcare or preschool setting. They will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters children's growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
• Teaching experience in a childcare or preschool setting.
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

The Teacher Assistant will need to support the Lead Teacher in implementing educational and caregiving activities to promote a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
• Experience working with children in a group setting.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.

The Cook will after  prepare and serve nutritious, age-appropriate meals and snacks for children, ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions and childcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in food preparation, preferably in a childcare or institutional setting.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to adapt menus to accommodate allergies and special diets.

The Van Driver will need to  transport children safely to and from the childcare facility, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and schedules.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving groups of children preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety standards and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
